The Tribunal is an Authorised Nominating Authority for the purpose of nominating Adjudicators under the Construction Contracts Act. An adjudication in which the Claimant seeks approval of a charging order MUST be conducted by an Adjudicator nominated for that purpose by an Authorised Nominating Authority.
