The Tribunal is committed to educating, informing and supporting the construction industry, the legal profession and the community in relation to conflict avoidance, conflict management and dispute resolution. In pursuit of that goal, the Tribunal maintains and extensive website which is free and accessible to any user 24/7.

The Tribunal maintains an extensive database of readily searchable: Relevant legislation, both New Zealand and overseas; Relevant Decisions from the Courts in New Zealand and other common law jurisdictions; Forms and precedents for use in relation to the payment and dispute resolution regimes under the Construction Contracts Act 2002; and, articles of interest and learned papers on construction law and dispute resolution.

The Tribunal publishes a well respected quarterly magazine called BuildLaw and copies of previous issues of BuildLaw can be downloaded from our website.
