Chris has 25+ years of international experience in human resource management, consulting, dispute resolution and conflict management within the private and public sectors. She currently specializes in employment mediation, particularly through early intervention processes outside the statutory system; small commercial disputes; and interpersonal disputes.
Chris is regularly commissioned to conduct employment investigations in the public and private sectors, and acts as Facilitator in a wide range of contexts. Chris from time to time represents clients in mediation within the statutory employment institutions. She has since 1995 served on various governance committees for community organizations, and continues to take responsibility for handling complaints received by one of these organisations.
Chris conducts training sessions for organizations; coaches and advises employers and employees in conflict management; and writes articles and policies on the subject.
Chris serves currently on the AMINZ Council; and is a Lay Member of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal.
